The Master's Business Alliance facilitates the transformation of Christian-led businesses to higher levels of God-honoring excellence with training, tools and techniques.

To bring God's transforming presence to the workplace.
The MBA team lays claim to a proven 20-year history of helping small and medium-sized companies significantly improve their business performance. Several of these companies have achieved recognized world-class status. These award-winning companies include six Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and 10 Texas Award for Performance Excellence recipients. Others, who have elected not to pursue awards, have likewise significantly improved their business processes and cash flow as a result of the training and mentoring received.
In 2002, Chairman Warren Hogan became a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Hogan was given a vision that he was to use Hogan and Associates to train company leaders in organizational excellence using Biblical principles as the foundation of all training. the Master's Business Alliance (MBA) is the result of this revelation.
The MBA Leadership Team meets each Monday morning for corporate prayer and worship. The MBA Leadership Team and Group Directors provide support, wisdom and understanding to the MBA member companies through their education, business experience and prayer.
Statement of Faith
We Believe...
- ...there is only one God Who is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, infinite in being and perfection. He exists eternally in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory.
- ...the Bible is God's written and inspired revelation to man and is the primary authority for man's life. The sixty-six canonical books of the Bible as originally written were inspired of God, hence free from error.
- ...that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and was true God and true man, existing in one person and without sin. We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into heaven and in His present life is there for us as Lord of all, High Priest and Advocate.
- ...that the Holy Spirit indwells and gives new life to believers, enables them to understand the Scriptures, empowers them for godly living and equips them for service and witness.
- ...that all people are sinners by nature, that they cannot save themselves and that salvation is possible only through the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit. We believe that salvation is a free gift from God entirely apart from works and is possessed by all those who have, by faith, received the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
- ...Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church and all believers are to assemble together regularly for worship, for edification through the Scriptures and for mutual encouragement.
- ...Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple men of every nation. "...Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." (Mark 16:15).
