Mr. Warren Hogan

At 20+ years, Founder and Chairman of Hogan and Associates, WARREN HOGAN, is the longest-term member of the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence team. His areas of specialty include business coaching, assessments and market development.

Warren previously served for 20 years as Division Manager for Texas Instruments where he completed his "education in business skills" including how to implement Total Quality Management (TQM), now called "Performance Excellence."

He then served for five years as President of AirBorn Inc. During his tenure with AirBorn, he implemented a highly successful Total Quality Management (TQM) program and developed a process to make small/medium size companies into high performance organizations. Warren attended Lafayette College earning a BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering.

In 2002, Warren became a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Hogan was given a vision that he was to use Hogan and Associates to train company leaders in organizational excellence using Biblical principles as the foundation of all training. The Master's Business Alliance (MBA) is the result of this revelation.
