Mr. Victor Sassone

VICTOR SASSONE is a recognized Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Master Trainer with nearly forty years of business leadership and organizational development experience. Vic "retired" from the IBM Corporation in 1992 where he learned the principals of business excellence while serving in various management, senior educational and technical positions.

Vic is Founder and President of The Northlake Consulting, a Dallas-based training and consulting firm specializing in helping organizations employ the principles of the Malcom Baldrige Award for Performance Excellence. A number of Vic's clients have been recognized for performance excellence at both the state and national levels.  Vic is also Co-founder and Principle in Spectrum leadership, LLC, a Texas-based training firm specializing in developing corporate leaders.

Vic loves to sing with the 11 time International Chorus Champions, The Vocal Majority Chorus. 

Vic's purpose is to honor God in all he does as he serves in ministry to men and women in the marketplace.
