Professional Experiences:
- Past or present owner and/or high-level manager of a business of 25+ direct reports (employees) including managers/supervisors
- Verifiable group facilitation skills (organizing and planning meetings, team and meeting leading, etc.)

Spiritual Condition:
Demonstrated evidence shown since salvation (group participation and leadership):
- Believes in the absolute authority of Scripture
- Has regular prayer/Bible study time
- Has or currently participates in discipleship studies
- Has or currently participates in Bible study groups
- Has taken a Spiritual gifts test: knows, understands and uses Spiritual gifts

Financial Condition:
- Credit Score of 675 or higher
- Ability to support self and family for period of 12 months

Legal Condition:
- No felony convictions
- No pending lawsuits

Moral Condition:
- Positive references
- Marital/relational stability
